1. Will I be automatically added to the competition room once I availed any pass?
Once you availed your preferred pass, our customer service team will have to verify your payment within 24 hours (except Holidays/Weekends). Take note that you have to submit a valid ID for verification before we can add you to the competition room. If in case you already have a verified account with Investagrams, then you are automatically added to the competition room.
2. When will I get my features access (InvestaPro, InvestaPrime, InvestaJournal, and Champions Videos)?
Your 1-month features access will be added to your Investagrams profile 1-day before the competition starts.
3. Do you have any promo or credits that I can use to register?
For the month of July, all Investagrams account have access to Week 1 of InvestaRewards where you can claim PHP 77 credits that you can use to top up to any Investa features/subscriptions like the Pro League Round 2. You must have claimed the credits by July 12 so that it will be added to your InvestaWallet account.
